Este año, MoodleMoot México se reúne bajo el lema "Evolución digital: inteligencia, aprendizaje e innovación en Moodle". No es un tema de moda: la inteligencia artificial ya es parte real de Moodle, con herramientas que generan contenido, resumen automáticamente, y ayudan a detectar a tiempo a estudiantes en riesgo. Y en Latinoamérica, a diferencia de Europa o Estados Unidos, todavía estamos decidiendo cómo adoptarla. Venir a este Moot es participar en esa decisión, no simplemente escucharla.
¿Quién viene?
Universidades, empresas, gobiernos, desarrolladores, docentes, administradores educativos y líderes de tecnología de toda Latinoamérica ; desde Brasil hasta Costa Rica, pasando por Colombia y, por supuesto, México. Más de 180 ponentes y 100 conferencias en ediciones anteriores han hecho de este encuentro el más importante de la comunidad Moodle en la región.
¿Por qué ir?
Porque la UNAM , la universidad pública más grande de América Latina abre sus puertas como sede, porque México es el cuarto país del mundo en uso de Moodle, y porque este encuentro conecta a quien construye la tecnología con quien la usa todos los días en el salón de clases. Ya seas docente, desarrollador, o quien toma las decisiones en tu institución, aquí vas a encontrar a tu gente.

This year, MoodleMoot México comes together under the theme "Digital Evolution: Intelligence, Learning and Innovation in Moodle." This is not a trend topic , artificial intelligence is already a real part of Moodle, with tools that generate content, summarise automatically, and help identify at-risk students before it is too late. And in Latin America, unlike Europe or the United States, we are still deciding how to adopt it. Coming to this Moot means participating in that decision, not simply watching it from the sidelines.
Who comes? Universities, companies, governments, developers, educators, educational administrators and technology leaders from across Latin America — from Brazil to Costa Rica, through Colombia and of course Mexico. More than 180 speakers and 100 sessions in previous editions have made this gathering the most important in the Moodle community across the region.
Why go? Because UNAM ; the largest public university in Latin America opens its doors as the host venue. Because Mexico is the fourth largest country in the world for Moodle usage. And because this gathering connects the people who build the technology with the people who use it every day in the classroom.
